Luxury motor coach manufacturer Country Coach is pleased to announce that its principle secured debt holders have come to terms and new reorganization financing will be made available. With the support of Wells Fargo as the Company’s primary secured creditor, and Bryant Riley as the leader of the Company’s investor group, Country Coach is positioned to resume operations. The Company would also like to give special thanks to Ron Lee of Lee Joint Ventures, Company founder Bob Lee, and his wife Terry Lee for their valuable support. Company CEO & President Jay Howard expressed gratitude to those who have assisted in the re-emergence of this preeminent Company and brand. “Our loyal employees, customers and suppliers deserve our heart felt appreciation for their steadfastness in our times of trouble. Ultimately, our biggest debt of gratitude is owed to Wells Fargo Bank, who is providing the financing for the re-birth of Country Coach as they recognize the value of financially supporting American manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest.” Next week, Country Coach plans to present details of their forward-going plan to the court. Also next week, the Company will release a comprehensive update to their interactive website, http://www.countrycoach.com. Mr. Howard stressed the fundamental common sense of the plan, and how it benefits all stakeholders.

— “The continuation of Country Coach as a brand and a viable Oregon manufacturer serves all parties involved. Motor coaches owned by dealers and retail customers will better retain their value, suppliers who have struggled along with our Company can move towards recovery with us and new customers will enjoy an improved ownership experience.” —

Mr. Howard acknowledged the sacrifices made by Country Coach’s many stakeholders, as well as the devastating financial damage suffered by the members of the RV industry at large during this unprecedented industry down turn. “We have never seen times like these. With wholesales shipments in our market off more than 75%, it is little wonder that Country Coach and our suppliers and employees have suffered along with many of our manufacturing peers. My heartfelt apologies go out to all who have been impacted by our Company’s inability to resist these powerful industry forces. We look forward to better times ahead.” Mr. Howard noted that the Company has many confirmed, in process motor coach orders to fulfill, allowing a slow and steady production facility reopening over the next several weeks.

—“We look forward to once again delivering the World’s Finest Motorcoaches to our loyal customers,” said Mr. Howard. —

Located in Junction City, Oregon, in 2009 Country Coach celebrates 36 years designing, manufacturing, and marketing, highline Class A diesel motorcoaches under brand names including Inspire 360, Allure 400 Series, Intrigue 550, Magna 630, Affinity 700 Series, and the Country Coach Prevost XL Bus Conversion. Port St. Lucie Florida has something to offer everyone.  To list just a few.

1. Camping at Outdoor Resort Port St. Lucie Motorcoach Resort. The resort is so close to everything you need, but I don’t find myself ever wanting to leave. There is so much to do while here, I often wonder what day is it? The day usually starts with a nice walk, drinking my coffee overlooking the beautiful golf course, aerobics/yoga/Pilate’s, then golf, a swim in the pool, social hour and then a nice dinner with friends. There are nightly events ranging from free social hour, darts, cards, game night, musicians w/ dancing, many pot luck & catered dinners, holiday parties, and just about anything you could imagine. The problem is finding enough time to do it all- who has time to leave!!!

2. Relaxing!!! The beautiful area of Port St. Lucie has pride in there craft fairs, farmer’s markets, plant nurseries, and beautiful undeveloped beaches; perfect for shelling, swimming, or just taking a nice walk. If you enjoy fishing the area is famous for Snook- many say it is there favorite.

3. Tradition Field Baseball Stadium- NY Mets- Located just across the street from Outdoor Resorts is the Stadium. No need to even pay parking, just walk over and watch a game, have a sausage, and ENJOY!!

We find ourselves wanting to return to the area frequently, I’m sure after you visit you will to!

There are so many things that I look forward to doing while I’m in the Sevier County, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Tennessee area. This is my top 5 favorite things to do, but there are many other activities that I enjoy.

1. The Dell RV Resort!!!! We love the easy, no stress drive to get there, the large sites, the view, and how close we are to everything. If that’s not enough, the resort is beautiful with walking bridges, lakes, fountains, beautiful plants, and Huge Sites!!!

2. The Great Outdoors!! I love to hike, and walk the many trails that The Great Smokey Mountains have to offer. There is also fishing, rafting, hunting, ATV riding, rafting, canoing, horseback riding just to name a few.

3. Attractions! The problem is deciding what to do first. There are so many Shows, Dinner Theaters, an underground cave tour, Go-Cart Tracks, mini-golf and many rides all along the road.

4. Food!!! All I can say is “YUM YUM”. Anything you want can be found in the area; homemade candy, snacks, the best Breakfast restaurant’s, and anything for dinner you could desire. We always make our way to the famous Apple barn Restaurant, The Mill Restaurant and Smokey Mountain Brewery (Great Pizza). You can find great Italian, Steak, BBQ, Chinese, Mexican….or just great burgers- whatever you are looking for.

5. Shopping! Sevierville is famous for shopping. Two of the largest outlet malls in the area are located in Sevierville totaling over 120 high-end, name brand outlets. There are also a variety of galleries, antique malls, boutiques, specialty stores, flea markets, outdoor stores and more – which means you can find just about anything in our stores.

Yes. For the most part, across the United States. According to a February 2009 press release from the The National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds, RV parks are still doing well compared to last season. Some are even doing better.
